Within the Visual EMS Security Administration module, users are placed into groups based on their "rights" level. Specific rights control whether a user can access data from multiple agencies. Access and control of data can be managed by "security profiles" that are attributed to individual users or groups based on personnel classifications (Paramedic, EMT, etc.), allowing access to the various modules, applications, functions and/or features of the system environment.
