Our experience has taught us that the keys to managing an implementation project are careful and systematic planning and tracking, regular meetings and reports, and, above all, continuous communication with our clients and partners will ensure a successful project.
The project manager works closely with key customer contacts from system installation through “go-live”. The Project manager is the client’s primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
Emergency Technologies assigns a dedicated project manager with the authority to make strategic decisions relevant to the project. The project manager coordinates with the client’s project manager and client’s IT department to jointly create the project plan and schedule, inclusive of implementation planning, training and testing. The project manager reviews the project and its progress, and assesses the current task list and upcoming milestones to ensure the seamless and safe transition onto the live, production system.
ETI works closely with the client’s project manager and if necessary, a Prime contractor’s project manager throughout all phases of implementation to ensure that we install a functional, reliable system for the client. And since we back up our system with a commitment to coordinate all maintenance and warranty obligations, you can rely on ETI for all matters related to this project.
