ETI believes in long term partnerships with our customers. The Professional Services Team partners with our customers to provide seamless service. The Professional Services Department works with customers from the early stages of project. A Project Manager is assigned to the deployment and follows the project through installation, configuration, and training. Once the system goes live into a production environment, the customer will begin the transition to the technical support team. Larger customers are also assigned an Account Manager to assist with non-technical issues and general customer service.
