Raleigh, NC – August 17, 2010 – Emergency Technologies, Inc. (ETI) is excited to announce that Bexar County Fire Departments have gone-live on ETI’s Visual Fire. This deployment is part of a larger contract to implement Visual Fire throughout all Bexar County Fire Departments, San Antonio Fire Department and Schertz Fire Department. ETI’s Visual Fire solution will allow the City and County departments to have an integrated public safety information system to help streamline information sharing between City and County agencies.
Visual Fire is an application that integrates fire incident reporting, Mobile Field Reporting, Training and certification records, Hydrant information and Structural Pre-Plans, along with several additional modules that provide the fire departments with modern technology to increase county–wide operational efficiency. Visual Fire will also be tightly integrated with TriTech’s Computer-Aided Dispatch system, VisiCAD and Orion’s AgencyWeb.
