The partnership enables TriTech Software Systems to enhance its computer-aided dispatch and mobile data solutions with an integrated Fire and EMS Records Management solution for the complete management of fire prevention, suppression and EMS patient information. ETI’s Visual Fire application features an integrated suite of modules that includes a NFIRS Fire Reporting Module, an EMS Patient Care Reporting Module, Fire Pre-Plans, Fire Inspections, Hydrants, Permits, and other modules for enhanced personnel and resource management.

Visual Fire utilizes Windows-based technology and easily integrates with TriTech’s Microsoft-based computer-aided dispatch solution, VisiCAD Command to provide for the geo-verification of addresses in databases and automatically import of CAD information for national and state reports. The integration will ensure accuracy throughout databases and make reporting faster, easier and more accurate. Additionally, ETI’s robust field reporting solution complements VisiNet Mobile, TriTech’s mobile data solution, to increase operational efficiency throughout the department. Fire Inspectors will be able to easily complete building inspections while in the field. Most importantly, responding firefighters will be able to review building preplan information, including what hazardous materials are on-site, while in route to an incident.
