At the request of many customers at our first Users Conference, we have started an online users group forum. This free service is a forum designed to allow ETI customers to communicate, ask questions, and exchange reports and ideas with other ETI customers and ETI staff. We hope that this forum will be a valuable tool and that you will have the opportunity to learn how other Fire and EMS departments across the country successfully employ Visual Fire and Visual EMS.
